Diazepam Medication

Diazepam medication first hit the medical community nearly forty five years ago when it was released in 1963 by Roche under the branded name of valium. At the time it was hailed as the newest drug in the benzodiaphine family and was quickly accepted into the medical community. This wonder drug was used to treat a whole host of symptoms such as neurological disorders, muscle spasms, insomnia, epilepsy, drug and alcohol withdrawal and many anxiety related disorders. Well today’s diazepam medication is just as popular today as it was 45 years ago.
