Class B Fireworks

Nowadays we see fireworks displayed on occasions like Christmas, sport matches, Independence Day, weddings and other religious festivals. Fireworks are not easily allowed to use any where you want. Many governments have not allowed their people to use fireworks as they are dangerous to handle and can cause serious effects.

However, fireworks have been divided into three categories by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). Explosives and fireworks have been divided into theses categories for transportation purposes depending on their potential hazards. The three classes include Class A, Class b and Class C. Class A included high explosives such as dynamite, TNT, blasting caps, flash powder packages, black powder packages and ANFO packages.

Lastly the Class C included other low explosives like igniters, fuses and common fireworks which were used by the general public as they were smaller and less powerful. Hence, the Class B fireworks are those sold mostly to professionals. They are used on occasions like July 4th, Olympic tournaments and other sport matches.
